Chief C.N. Okpara is a graduate of Finance from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State in the year 1977. He holds a Master’s Degree programme in Business Administration from the University of Jos, Plateau State. He is also a Financial and Management Consultant of over 30 years graduation experience. He is a Fellow Institute of Industrialists and Corporate Administrators of Nigeria (FIICA).

He is the MD/CEO with over (16) sixteen years professional experience in various aspects of Civil/Structural Engineering especially in Steel, Timber and Concrete Design and Construction. He is a Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE), Council For the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (MNICE), Nigerian Institution of Structural Engineers (MNISTRUCT.E.) among others.

He is the Director of Mechanical Engineering Construction Services. Qualification: B.Eng. (Mech.) M.Eng. (Prod) MNSE, COREN Registered.

She holds a B.Sc degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka; M.Sc in Industrial Sociology and Human Resource Management from the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Portharcourt, Rivers state; and is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM); with various certifications in line with human and public relations.
